  • You return unused, unopened, and undamaged products (with original packaging and tags intact) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. This applies to all our products, including our extensive range of foundation shades and lip colors.
  • You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (e.g., wrong shade, wrong item) upon delivery. To qualify for a refund in this case, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Your order is canceled by Fentybeautyusstore due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (except for defective products as outlined above). Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened foundation and lip products cannot be returned or refunded under any other circumstances.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window has expired.
  • Products returned without their original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt).
  • Free gifts or promotional items that were included with your purchase.

2. Refund Request Process

Once your returned product(s) pass our inspection and your refund is approved:
